The Red Hawks and Wake Tech traded the lead six times on Sunday, but the Red Hawks ended up on top with a 6-4 win over Wake Tech.
The Red Hawks took the lead in the fifth inning and held on for the victory. An error scored Danny Sullivan and gave the Red Hawks the lead for good.
The Red Hawks jumped out to an early 1-0 lead in the bottom of the second.
The Red Hawks answered Wake Tech's top inning with three runs of its own in the third. The Red Hawks scored on, a passed ball, and an RBI single by Lou Matarazzo.
