Red Hawks stun No. 16 Statesmen on Sophomore Day

The Catawba Valley Community College women's basketball team stunned 16th-ranked Richard Bland 72-69 at home Friday during Sophomore Day. Sophomores Nijah Cunningham and Keziah Soogrim combined for 47 points, leading the Red Hawks to the conference home victory.
