Volleyball Scrimmages with Gardner-Webb

The Red Hawks had a good showing facing NCAA Division I Gardner-Webb. This was the first spring scrimmage of the year for both teams, GWU won the scrimmage 3-1. The Red Hawks had a commanding lead in the first set but were unable to close it out losing 22-25. The 2nd set went better (25-21) for the Hawks with a win to tie up the scrimmage 1-1. The 3rd set was very competitive as the lead changed several times and the Bulldogs finished on top 26-28. In the 4th GWU ended the scrimmage with a score of 20-25.
