Whether it's volleyball, basketball, or baseball, Catawba Valley is ready to compete.  The Red Hawks have already notched ten wins on the season and enter the contest on a seven-game winning streak.

For the Eagles, they have a lot to prove against a CVCC team sitting in the top spot in the NJCAA, Region X, DII standings.  Even with an anemic 6-0 mark, the Eagles are looking up at the Red Hawks who are confidently preached in the cat-bird seat.

As is the case a lot of the times for Wake Tech, to earn respect you have to be willing to battle for it.  There will be a battle tonight and we'll be treated to an outstanding contest as an early holiday gift.
