Emily Horn enters her second season as an assistant volleyball coach at Catawba Valley Community College in 2022-23.

Horn returns to program she spent two seasons a part of from 2014-15. She finished her CVCC career with 77 matches and 211 sets played, and she tallied 286 kills, 217 digs and 49 blocks during her two seasons. Her Catawba Valley volleyball teams went 69-20 overall and 34-0 in Region 10 play.

She continued her academic and athletic careers at Greensboro College from 2016-17, tallying 536 kills, 2.53 kills per set, 48 service aces, 355 digs and 36 blocks in 212 total sets played for the Pride.

Before her college career, Horn was named team MVP at Marvin Ridge High School, where she also received the Teammate Award.
