HICKORY, N.C. — The Catawba Valley Community College softball program is holding its first Advanced Skills Camp on Friday, Sept. 29 from 5 to 8:30 p.m. at Sanford Park.

The Advanced Skills Camp will consist of defensive and hitting sessions followed by a controlled scrimmage. The scrimmage will be coached by current CVCC players.

College coaches will be in attendance for the camp. Girls must be 13 or older to attend. The camp fee is $100 and can be paid the day of check in. 

The Red Hawks will also be scrimmaging Cleveland Community College the following day — Saturday, Sept. 30. All campers are invited and encouraged to attend.
