Kendall Settlemyre enters her second season as the assistant softball coach at Catawba Valley Community College in 2024-25.

Before coming to Catawba Valley, Settlemyre had previously spent five seasons on the coaching staff at her alma mater of USC Upstate where she was a a two-time Atlantic Sun performer and helped the Spartans win two conference regular-season and tournament championships. She played in three NCAA College World Series Regionals and coached Upstate in two of their NCAA Regional appearances.

A Fred T. Foard alumnus, Settlemyre helped orchestrate a Red Hawks offense last season that set numerous offensive records, including hits (501), runs (368), doubles (86), triples (23) and RBI (325).
