At CVCC: As a freshman, Williams led the Red Hawks defensively with 721 digs, which were the second-most digs in a season in program history and also the most of any returning volleyball player in the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) Division II ranks...also had 54 aces and made 87 assists in 37 matches last fall...signed to play volleyball for the Red Hawks on Thursday, December 15, 2016.

Prep career: Williams helped lead North Iredell to a 26-4 overall and 14-1 North Piedmont 3A/4A records and the fourth round of the North Carolina High School Athletic Association (NCHSAA) 3A playoffs during her senior season....recorded 323 digs and 48 aces during her final season with the Raiders, earning the Raider Outstanding Hustle Award for her efforts.

Personal: She is the daughter of Kevin and Teresa Williams...plans to obtain her Associate in Arts degree from Catawba Valley.

Accolades: Named the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) DII Volleyball Defensive Player of the Week for the week of Aug. 22 through Sept. 2, 2018 for recording 119 digs during the week...named Red Hawk Athlete of the Week for Sept. 10, 2018...became just the fourth Red Hawk volleyball player to record 1,000 career digs on Oct. 2, 2018 against Guilford Tech...selected to the Wallace State Fall Bash All-Tournament team for her play during the event on Oct. 5-6, 2018...named All-Region X first team for first time in career on Nov. 2, 2018...selected to the Region X/District P all-tournament team on Nov. 3, 2018.
